The hourly limits apply to links created through the Shortenworld API. By default, we have different limits for different account tiers.
For example:
- Free account: 3 links/second ~ 180 links/minute
- Basic account: 60 links/second ~ 3600 links/minute
- Team account: 180 links/second ~ 10.800 links/minute
To increase your limits, please contact our sales team. If you have a Team subscription, contact your dedicated account manager.
